We haven't done much exploring yet except finding our way around town but we have come across some beautiful landscape.  We wanted to go hiking but most of the trails are still closed until end of June due to snow.  There is still about 4 feet on them we are told.  Mt Bachelor doesn't open until then either.  Who knew we would have to wait due to snow - lol.
The weather has been great.  It is nice and dry and pleasantly cool.  I had to buy a nice bulky sweatshirt :)


Tomorrow we will drive up to Sisters and hopefully get some good photographs of the snow covered mountains.

The flowers that we have seen walking around town have been amazing.  They are so vibrant and large.  I hope to find the wildflowers soon.
